Jennifer Stewart is the Global Head of Client Management for JPMorgan Chase, and is responsible for managing the firm’s line-of-business client relationship with Global Real Estate across 500 properties worldwide, comprising over 50 million square feet of space with an annual operating budget of $2.2B.
Before returning to New York in 2009, Stewart was located in JPMorgan’s London office in the EMEA Global Real Estate group, and managed all aspects of the build-out of 5 Churchill Place on Canary Wharf. Prior to the merger of Bear Stearns and JPMorgan Chase, she was a Managing Director and part of the development team for the 1.2 million square foot headquarters at 383 Madison Avenue in New York City.
Stewart is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Women’s Bond Club, Commercial Real Estate Women of New York (CREW NY), and Urban Land Institute (ULI). She is an active member of WX (New York Women Executives in Real Estate) and has served on the Executive Board.
She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America, studied at the Architectural Association in London, and Syracuse University in Florence, Italy. Stewart earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and served on the NYUAA Executive Board and NYU Schack Alumni Board. She also participates in the Executive-In-Residence program at NYU Schack Institute.
In addition to being honored as Bisnow’s 2014 “New York Power Women” in commercial real estate, Stewart is a certified LEED Green Associate and resides in Westchester with her fiancé and three children.
