Worked with marketing teams to develop collaborative Statements of Qualifications demonstrating commitment to Corp Social Responsibility and DEI - to present stand-out positioning for construction and Design/Build teams - demonstrating powerful ESG track record and deliverables. Collaborators have included combinations of Johnson Controls, Tremco, Nontraditional Employment for Women, Queens Chamber of Commerce, Minority & Women Construction and Development Association, Green Energy Technologies, Brooklyn Communities Collaborative, JC Energy - an MWBE Energy Services and Technology firm, among others.

Tell us about a significant challenge you faced, how you overcame it, and what you learned.
On several occasions, when running a construction company, I took over completion of punch lists on complex projects with particularly challenging obstacles to completion. Although I had not been involved in the daily minutiae of the project, I had an advantage as a fresh face in the mix. My involvement was an opportunity to break dysfunctional patterns of non-cooperation and frustration.. I drilled down identifying the problems, listened to each sub's issues, cultivated trust & positioned each to feel valued and deliver their absolute best. I learned to manage challenging personalities & reconfigure team dynamics.
