CREW New York has traditionally been a leader in recognizing the achievements of women in commercial real estate in our city. Since 1994, we have recognized high-achieving and highly successful women in numerous categories of real estate.
At the millennium, CREW New York achieved the first (and still only) initiative of its kind in naming the Top 100 Women Real Estate Leaders of the 21st Century in a double issue of Real Estate Weekly.
That tradition continues today with our annual awards which include:
CREW New York Founders’ Award
The recipient of the Founders' Award is a member who exemplifies the finest qualities of our organization, consistently supports CREW New York's mission and goals, and does so with remarkable generosity in sharing her time and talent in support of others. The recipient is selected by each year's CREW New York president since 1994.
The recipients of the 2022 Founders' Award are the 2022 CREWNY Board of Directors, and 2022 CREWNY Committee Members of Career Advancement, Communications, CREW Network and Member Recognition, DEI, Legacy Leaders, Member Engagement and Empowerment, Membership, Programs, Sponsorship, Young Professionals.

Given annually since 2015, The Star and Star of the Year Award recipient is a member who has gone above and beyond to greatly expected expectations with regard to her contributions to CREW New York.
